Waiver & Release

By registering for the Farmers & Artisans Market of O'Fallon Dog Parade you agree to the following Waiver and Release:

I understand that participating in the Farmers & Artisans Market of O'Fallon Dog Parade I assume all risks associated with participating in this event. I agree not to participate unless my dog and I are physically able and my dog has current Rabies vaccination. All dogs must be leashed and kept under control; any unruly or aggressive participants will be asked to not participate. All walker's must clean up after their dog. I also understand and agree to permit the FAMO Committee to use my name and picture of me and/or my dog for publicity or promotional purposes. I have read and will abide by the rules of this event and decision of FAMO Committee. I hearby waive, release and discharge FAMO and it's Committee of any damages and/or bodily injury that may occur.
